LAS VEGAS – Steve Pastorino has been hired as Vice President, Corporate Partnerships for the Las Vegas Lights Football Club (Las Vegas Lights FC). In his role, Pastorino will be responsible for the commercialization of Las Vegas’ newest team, including the highest profile sponsorship in global sports, advertising on the front of the team jersey.
Born in Venezuela and raised throughout Latin America and the U.S., Pastorino has significant experience launching sports franchises across the country. Pastorino was the first General Manager at Real Salt Lake when the team joined Major League Soccer (MLS) in 2004 and has led sales and marketing efforts for the Chicago Fire during the first seven seasons. Steve comes to Las Vegas most recently from the Oakland A’s, where he was Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships.

Twice named MLS Marketing Executive of the Year, Pastorino speaks Spanish and has incorporated his multicultural background throughout his career. In addition to baseball and soccer, he has also led the U.S. Olympic Committee national governing body overseeing Team Handball.
